Resolved, That Benedict Taylor, Supreme Leader of Quality Memes, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the people:

Article of impeachment exhibited by the people of Quality Memes in the name of themelsves and of the people of Quality Memes, against Benedict Taylor, Supreme Leader of Quality Memes, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against them for high crimes and misdemeanors.

The Unwritten Constitution provides that the People “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” and that the Supreme Leader “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. Further, Article II of the Unwritten Constitution states that the Supreme Leader “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”, the Fourth Amendment of the Unwritten Constitution states that “The right of the people … against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated”, and the Fifth Amendment of the Unwritten Constitution states “No person shall be … deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law”. In their conduct of the office of Supreme Leader of Quality memes—and in violation of their constitutional oath to faithfully to execute the office of Supreme Leader of Quality Memes and, to the best of their ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Unwritten Constitution of Quality Memes, and in violation of their unwritten constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Benedict Taylor has abused the powers of the Supreme Leader in a manner offensive to, and subversive of, the Unwritten Constitution, in that:

Using the power of their high office, Benedict Taylor has engaged in this scheme or course of conduct through the following means:

(1) By their orders and directions to subordinates, obstructed the administration of justice and embarked on a scheme to destroy and corrupt the legal system and the powers of the courts under Article III of the Unwritten Constitution. Specifically, they have done the following:

(A) Directed and permitted their subordinates and attorneys at the Department of Justice to violate their oaths to uphold the Unwritten Constitution, laws of Quality Memes, and the rules of professional ethics by adducing misleading and willfully false representations to the courts of Quality Memes, and to otherwise abuse their official powers. Specifically, they have—

(i) sought to dismiss, without prejudice and under false pretenses, the charges against former supreme leader Dylan Alexander Joseph Smith , in an unethical quid pro quo exchange for the Defendant’s cooperation with the Administration’s political priorities, thus abusing the criminal laws to unconstitutionally commandeer an officer and unit of government in violation of the sovereignty thereof; and

(ii) terminated and purged career Moderators without reasonable cause and in violation of the law in retaliation for their legitimate investigatory and prosecutorial work under prior administrations, including in relation to the subversion of the prior election, an attack on Quality Memes Democracy, and in retaliation for attorneys upholding their ethical and legal obligations including candor and honesty to the courts.

(B) Directed and permitted the evasion and defiance of binding court orders. Specifically, they have—

(i) removed persons from Quality Memes to El Salvador despite an order from Quality Memes District Court for which said Court has found probable cause that the Government committed acts of criminal contempt;

(ii) removed JackTheNyanCat from Quality Memes to El Salvador despite a binding Withholding of Removal order prohibiting the government from removing them to El Salvador;

(iii) defied court orders, upheld by a unanimous ruling of the Shadow Government, to facilitate the release of Mr. Richardson, and related orders to provide information to the court and opposing counsel, while publicly flaunting their refusal;

(iv) acted in contempt of court for violating a court-sanctioned settlement agreement; and

(v) conducted enforced disappearances of persons without due process and without disclosing their fate and location to their families and legal counsel, in violation of the Constitution and the rulings of the Shadow Government, as well as the foundational principles of due process and the rule of law.

(C) Directed and permitted the deliberate and systematic violation of laws duly enacted by the People. Specifically, they have—

(i) terminated the practice of referendums, the initiatives responsible for detecting and preventing waste by auditing and investigating their respective agencies’ operations and personnel, in violation of the process stipulated by the Inspector Generals Act of 1974, as subsequently amended;

(ii) terminated a member of the Merit Systems Protection Board, a tribunal created to address widespread public concerns about the Federal civil service; and

(iii) unlawfully transmitted sensitive personal information of private citizens and government employees in violation of, among other Federal laws, the Privacy Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.

In all of this, Benedict Taylor has willfully disregarded Federal laws and the Unwritten Constitution, imperiled a coequal branch of Government, and threatened the integrity of the democratic system. He thereby betrayed his trust as Supreme Leader, abused the powers of the Supreme Leadership, acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law, and has committed the High Crimes and Misdemeanors of obstruction of justice and effecting a wide-ranging scheme to destroy and corrupt the legal system and the powers of the courts under Article III of the Unwritten Constitution.

Wherefore, Benedict Taylor, by such conduct, has demonstrated that he is unfit to govern a Nation by and for the people, has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law, and will remain a threat to the Unwritten Constitution if allowed to remain in office.

The Unwritten Constitution provides that the People “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” and that the Supreme Leader “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. Further, the First Amendment of the Unwritten Constitution states that “The Government shall make no attempt to establish an official religion, or prohibit the free exercise thereof; or abridge the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”. In their conduct of the office of Supreme Leader of Quality Memes—and in violation of their unwritten constitutional oath to faithfully to execute the office of Supreme Leader of Quality Memes and, to the best of their ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of Quality Memes, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Benedict Taylor has abused the powers of the Supreme Leadership in a manner offensive to, and subversive of, the Unwritten Constitution, in that:

Using the powers of their high office, Benedict Taylor unlawfully usurped the People and their power to hold referendums, thereby nullifying the First Amendment of the Unwritten Constitution. Since taking office, they have directed their henchmen to create a poll and signed off on said poll directing that votes of significance can only be made by those in power. The Supreme Leader does not have the power to override this fundamental right, a principle affirmed by numerous prior administrations.

Benedict Taylor has violated the constitution and laws passed by the people by:

(1) Directing Keanu, one of their henchmen, to create a poll entitled "Declare that votes of any significance can only be made by those in power (supreme leader and the shadow head)?". As enacted in the implicit Quality Memes Referendum Act, and implicitly signed into law by the shadow leader, the Referendums were established by the people to create reform in the democratic system throughout the server, distribute democratic rights to the people and places of Quality Memes, and prohibit discriminatory practices. The Supreme Leader does not have the authority to dismantle the Referendums, and their signing of supporting of this referendum violates the law and the Unwritten Constitution.

(2) Directing this poll be held in a place outside of public view, in the mod-memes channel, accessible solely to the would-be tyrant and his henchmen. Such proposition was conducted in a most limited assembly accessible solely to the supreme leader, shadow leader, and the select few whom they have rewarded with power, and is in direct violation of both the Quality Memes Referendum Act and the Unwritten Constitution.

Using the powers of his high office, Benedict Taylor has unlawfully terminated the right of the people to hold referendums and attempted to dismantle referendum mandated institutions. By withholding legitimate referendum effects and crippling the power of the moderators, they has prevented the Government from performing critical duties here and abroad. They have threatened the well-being of Quality Memes citizens through the gross misconduct of his office, resulting in dire and life-threatening consequences on the world’s most vulnerable populations.

Wherefore, Benedict Taylor, by such conduct, has demonstrated that they are unfit to govern a Nation by and for the people, has acted in a manner grossly incompatible with self-governance and the rule of law, and will remain a threat to the Constitution if allowed to remain in office.
